Non-Refundable Policy
At Trish Robotics, we invest significantly in hardware components, laboratory space, and expert mentorship for every enrolled student.
IMPORTANT: All payments made for workshops, laboratory sessions, scholarship exam registrations, and prototype kits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once a registration is processed, the resources are allocated immediately. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to absence, schedule changes, or personal emergencies.
1. Program Participation
Participants must adhere to the safety protocols of the Trish Robotics Labs. Any damage to equipment caused by negligence may result in additional charges or termination of membership without refund.
2. Intellectual Property
All course materials, circuit designs, and codebases provided during the workshops remain the intellectual property of Trish Robotics. Students are granted a limited license to use these for educational purposes only.
3. Scholarship Assessments
Decisions made by the Trish Robotics Evaluation Committee regarding scholarship awards and sponsorships are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
